Efficient deployment of skilled workers and targeted development: network partners sought for innovative project

 

The challenge of deploying the right specialist at the right time and to the right task presents companies with considerable organizational tasks, regardless of their size. Managers in production, in the team or on the ward in particular are required to deploy qualified employees in the best possible way. The area of further education and training also plays a decisive role in ensuring the necessary qualifications in the long term. In times of a shortage of skilled workers and increasing cost pressure, it is particularly important to fully exploit efficiency potential in personnel planning.

Manual work with magnetic boards and Excel tables quickly reaches its limits when it comes to complex requirements. Our project therefore aims to work with you to develop a digital, scientifically sound and decentralized solution. The Werner-von-Siemens-Center für Industrie und Forschung e.V., the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, Berlin universities and innovative companies are strong partners behind this project.

Depending on your interests and resources, you can actively participate in various ways:

  1. Feedback provider: You accompany the individual development steps and help us to precisely define the requirements.
  2. Trial partner: You test the innovative solution in your company and contribute to its further development with your feedback.
  3. Development and research partner: You proactively help shape the project and contribute to the innovative strength of the project.

Who are we looking for?

 

We are targeting SMEs and larger companies in Berlin-Brandenburg that employ over 80+ skilled workers and are open to digital solutions in HR development and planning. Participation for companies outside the region is also possible by arrangement.
