The “MINT-Heldinnen” cluster is a contact point for children and young people, especially girls and young women, from the Berlin-Brandenburg region aged 10 to 16.
The aim is to create low-threshold, captivating and encouraging STEM* learning through experience-based learning and typical game elements.
The children and young people slip into the role of STEM heroes, discover and strengthen their STEM superpowers and learn to appreciate them.
*STEM stands for mathematics, information technology, natural sciences and technology
The project partners want to get young people, especially girls and young women aged 10-16, interested in STEM and STEM professions in the long term.
The children and young people have the opportunity to playfully discover and develop their own strengths and talents.
The project consortium aims to strengthen STEM education through extracurricular activities.
In particular, it aims to awaken enthusiasm for STEM among girls and young women, break down existing inhibitions and highlight career prospects in STEM.
