Transformation pressure, skills shortages and loss of knowledge – 80% of European manufacturing companies see their business threatened by these developments. Good qualification concepts are becoming the key to sustainable business success. This makes it all the more incomprehensible that 60% of all employees in production are still trained using the classic Leitz folder. 40% of companies on the store floor do not even use a learning management system. But what is the right way to embed qualification processes in the factory in a meaningful way? How and in what form should content be made available to employees? And how can we manage to interlink HR and production more closely and overcome silo thinking? We would like to discuss this with you in this digital exchange format and look forward to three exciting impulses and experiences from operational practice:
Welcome:
Madlen Dietrich, Werner-von-Siemens Centre for Industry and Science e. V.

About the format
The HR Innovators are part of the Industry Innovators Group, a network for digital and transformation managers from industry that regularly presents innovative technologies, industrial applications and state-of-the-art tools for the production technology transformation, the energy transition, mobility and the working world of the future.
Every month, operational solutions are presented and needs and concepts are discussed in this one-hour online meeting. The format is supplemented by quarterly face-to-face meetings in curated groups, which enable personal exchanges between industry, SMEs, start-ups, science and research. The network is organized by the Werner-von-Siemens Centre for Industry and Science e. V. (WvSC) and the Vereinigung der Unternehmensverbände in Berlin und Brandenburg e. V. (UVB).
