Review: Transfer days with the ITT of Siemens AG

🎉 Premiere: WvSC education goes international.

🗺️ The last two days we welcomed international tech talents from Siemens AG from Mexico, China, South Africa, Italy and Bulgaria.

1️⃣ The first afternoon was dedicated to the transformation of production technology. Our experts Leon Lippold and Daniel Pavel gave an introduction to 5G autonomous logistics and additive manufacturing. With the exciting impulses in their luggage, they then went into a small tech workshop with the WvSC education team. The focus here was on developing project ideas: the participants developed concrete scenarios and options for action for the use of new technologies in their business areas. A versatile first day!

2️⃣Yesterday’s second afternoon offered an exciting design thinking challenge: the Wall-E-Challenge 🤖. As part of the challenge, the Tech Talents used design thinking to develop a helpful household robot and learned about the various phases and methods of design thinking. They were guided by our Design Thinking coach Kolja Pietsch.

We are looking forward to the transfer days with the second group of International Tech Talents next Thursday and Friday!
