What we do
As an association, we bring together members from the fields of industry and science to jointly shape innovations and promote the exchange of knowledge and experience. In the area of research and development (R&D), we focus on the conception, methodological support and active collaboration in collaborative research projects that translate technological advances into practicable solutions.
We act as a central interface between our members to identify suitable projects that meet the needs of industry and scientific objectives. Through our expertise in the acquisition of funding, we secure the necessary resources to successfully realize innovative research approaches. We bring together different perspectives, creating synergies that accelerate the innovation process.
Our team uses modern working methods such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban to maximize the efficiency and flexibility of our projects. We facilitate workshops and events that promote the creative exchange of ideas and enable the joint development of solutions. With a special focus on user-centered design, we ensure that the solutions developed meet the real requirements of users and are applicable in practice.
A central element of our work is the active promotion of innovation management within our members. Through regular innovation workshops and creative formats, we create an environment that supports the development of new ideas and technologies. We guide our members through the entire innovation process – from brainstorming to implementation, and ensure that their projects are both technologically and economically viable.
Another focus of our activities is on promoting social innovation and shaping the future of work. We develop concepts for human-robot and human-machine interfaces that enable safe and intuitive interaction. We attach great importance to technology ethics and sustainability to ensure that our solutions are not only efficient but also responsible.
Through our dedicated role as stakeholders and enablers, we combine technical know-how with social responsibility. Our projects and initiatives aim to actively shape the industrial transformation and create sustainable innovations that meet the challenges of the digital future.
