Experts for AM from Berlin and Brandenburg
At the Innovation Network Panel: AM & Digital Processes in Industry, results and solution approaches were presented that have emerged from three large collaborative projects in Berlin. These three collaborative projects involve large and small companies from Berlin together with research partners Fraunhofer IPK, TU Berlin and BAM.
Both Siemens Energy and Siemens AG, as consortium leaders with production facilities in Berlin, are important application partners and innovation drivers alongside SMEs from the software and automation sectors.

26 pitches in 4 sessions
In the first three sessions of the event, experts from the three projects HTA, MRO and EA participated in the exchange with a total of 21 pitches.
In the fourth session, the cluster session, network partners presented themselves: berlin partner with AMBER, mobility goes additive, Zentraleinrichtung 3D-Technologien der TU Berlin and the Centre for Entrepreneuship, all of which are committed to cooperation, transfer and knowledge exchange.

Knowledge transfer in Berlin as a goal
The event marks the start of a series of events and workshops that are intended to contribute to exchange and knowledge transfer in the field of additive manufacturing and digital processes in production. Results from other research and development projects at the Werner-von-Siemens Centre for Industry and Science e.V. will be discussed with the community.
